This book is a great book because it teaches you that words and actions that you think are fun, could really hurt people and that if you see someone that needs your help, dont hesistate because you could do a difference in someone's life without even knowing.

  2. There's a movie in production based on this, right? It isn't often that you can delve into the mind of someone else, so this sounds interesting. -Rachana B. (per. 7/8)

  3. This book seems really interesting! It seems dark, yet teaches a good lesson. I'm eager to read the book to see the people's reactions who received the tapes. I wonder if they'll really regret their words, or be completely heartless and not care.

  4. This sounds like a great book because usually people don't think about what they say. Most of the time the words coming out of people's mouth a cruel and painful. In addition, People sometimes take certain things the wrong way. That is why it is very important for people to think of all the consequences to their actions before they do or say anything that may upset anyone and cause them to commit suicide. I want to read this book to find out why the main character cared about what other people said or did to her.

  5. I heard of this book before and it seems really interesting. It's amazing how simple words and actions can justify people's insecurities and lead to such drastic measures. It makes me wonder how many things people have joked about really hurt others? -Chynelle M. (Period 7/8)

  6. I read this book in the beginning of the year and absolutely loved it! It's one of those books that really makes you think after you finish reading it. Also, the ending is not very specific, which requires a mature readership. I hope this comes out as a (good) movie! -Emily P. Period 3

  14. This book look really interesting and provides a first hand experience into a world wide epidemic known as bullying. Though the sad reality is that people do end up commiting suicide it will interesting to see what is going on in the victim's mind during this moment.

  15. I started reading this book last year but I never got around to finishing it. When I first started reading it, it caught my eye because the plot relates to several high school girls who are bullied, and it teaches a lesson to the reader about how words can really hurt, and it demonstrates how people shouldn't care about what others think of them because there are always going to be careless people out there. It is also interesting because it is a mystery.

  19. I never read this book but I've seen it a couple times and each time I want to read it even more. Those people that the letters got sent to must have felt absolutely horrible, it's sad that this kind of thing is also realistic and not just made up for a story. I'm definitely going to read this book soon, and I feel it'd be really interesting if there is indeed a movie made out of it as Rachana mentioned previously. --Amanda Evans Period 4

  23. I haven't read this book, but this sounds really touching. We generally tend not to think about our actions too much, and it's kind of surprising to see the impact they have on people. Planning on reading it this summer!
